Is ordering online from FerrariTickets.com safe and secure? Yes. FerrariTickets.com is 100 per cent committed to protecting your security and privacy. Our SSL software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. To make sure your connection is secure, please check the bottom of your browser for a closed lock.
When will I receive my tickets? You will receive your ticket(s) 7-10 days prior to the race. UPS Express will deliver your tickets at the given delivery address. Please note that UPS delivers during working hours and that someone needs to sign for your package. How can I pay my Ferrari Tickets? FerrariTickets.com accepts credit card payments, Paypal, Maestro and bank transfers. For further information about our payment methods please refer to our detailed payments information.
Can I cancel my ticket order? After you have confirmed your booking, cancellation is no longer possible.
I ordered successfully online, but now I received an email saying tickets are sold out. What can I do? Once any ticket is sold-out we will clearly display this in the ticket list. It will be no longer possible to place an order for this specific ticket. In exceptional circumstances it can happen that a particular stand is found to be sold-out after we have received your order. Should this occur, you will be offered an available alternative. If this alternative is cheaper than what you originally ordered, we will refund you the difference. If the alternative is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference. If you do not agree on the alternative grandstand, we will refund you the total amount of your order.
On what days can I enter the circuit? When you purchase tickets bearing the words “Fri-Sun” this means that you have admittance to the circuit and to your reserved grandstand or standing position on the days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets bearing the description “Sun” give admittance on Sunday-only.
Can I reserve specific seat numbers? Unfortunately it is impossible for us to reserve specific seat numbers for you in advance. As an official ticket agent we are entirely depending on the promoters of the circuit for our allocation of tickets. We know our seat allocation only 2 weeks prior to the event.
Can I bring my child(ren) to the circuit? Special children’s tickets are available for most races, but we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the age restrictions that apply for these tickets can vary from circuit to circuit. You will find the exact age restrictions for a particular race in the ticket overview for that event on our website.
I would like to change my delivery address. Is this possible? You can always change the delivery address until about 2-4 weeks prior to the race. Please note it is your responsibility to notify us in advance of a change in delivery address. If you are travelling in the weeks prior to the race, please inform us about your plans. With UPS Express you will be able to receive your tickets at your address abroad. |
