ORDERING TICKETS ONLINE
Ordering from Ferrari Tickets & Travel is easy:

Select an event
You will find the race calendar for all Formula 1 races planned for this season on our website, www.ferraritickets.com. From here you can order online any tickets which we currently have in stock.

Select tickets
Once we have tickets on sale for a particular race, we display all available tickets for that event in a ticket list on our website. We regret that it is not possible to reserve tickets from our ticket shop for events for which the sale of tickets has not yet begun.

Select a payment method
You can pay your Ferrari tickets by credit card, Paypal, Maestro or bank transfer.

If you pay by credit card/Paypal/Maestro, we will send you an order confirmation within the next 48 hours. When choosing the option ‘credit card’ in the ordering process you are automatically taken to a secure area in the final step. This payment process is carried out by Ogone, Europe’s largest Payment Server Provider.  Payment is taken from your card balance 24 hours after correctly filling in all your details.

If you pay by bank transfer, we will send you our bank instructions within the next 48 hours (on weekdays only). After placing the order, Ferrari Tickets & Travel will reserve your tickets for the next 8 days. If full payment is not received within these terms, we will automatically cancel your order. We will not notify you.

CHANGING ORDER / PERSONAL DETAILS

Changing your order
We are not able to honor requests for changes or cancellation after you have confirmed your booking online. We can not take the risk of being unable to re-sell the tickets. (This risk increases as the date of the race approaches.) 

Changing your personal details
If you want to change your delivery or email address, please send us an email with the complete and correct new address.

If you are travelling in the days before the event, please let us know your address abroad + departure and arrival date. We will add these details to your account. When preparing your package, we will check your travelling schedule in order to send your tickets to the correct address. With worldwide shipping of UPS we are able to deliver your tickets directly to your hotel.

As soon as we have changed your details, you will receive a confirmation of your address change. Please note that you yourself are fully responsible for providing us with the correct address details.

DELIVERY

Delivery service
Ferrari Tickets & Travel will deliver all tickets with UPS Express. UPS Express is a worldwide delivery service. Please note that UPS delivers during working hours and that someone (not necessarily you) needs to sign for the tickets. Therefore we kindly advice you to fill in your work address. Please always inform your colleagues / family / friends about the arriving package to prevent them from rejecting your tickets.

If there is nobody available to sign for the package, UPS will try to deliver again, later that week. After two delivery attempts, UPS will leave a note. You can contact UPS to make a new appointment.

Tracking number
As soon as we have prepared your package, a UPS courier will pick up the tickets from our head office in Rotterdam. After this pick up you will automatically receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. With this unique number you can check the status of your package online, www.ups.com.

Delivery terms
In general you will receive your Ferrari race tickets 7-10 days before the race. Our office is depending on the official promoters of the circuit. Due to security reasons they normally will not release the tickets any earlier than 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Therefore we are not able to send you your tickets directly after ordering online in our ticket shop.

In rare cases it might happen that the circuit will not send out the tickets to their agents. We will arrange a pick up then for all clients. This means that you yourself can pick up the tickets at the circuit directly. If this situation occurs, we will send you the official pick up instructions 2-4 days before the event. Please note that we can not refund you the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be used to arrange a pick up at side.

Delivery costs
The delivery fee of your Ferrari package is a flat fee of EUR 25 for all locations world wide.
