About Ferrari Tickets & Travel

FerrariTickets.com is a joint venture between Ferrari S.p.A. and The Ticket Enterprise BV. The Ticket Enterprise is an online ticket agent, specialized in tickets for the motorsports market. The Ticket Enterprise first entered the on-line ticket market in 1998 with just one international shop for tickets to Formula 1 events: www.grandprix-tickets.com. From its headquarters in Rotterdam The Ticket Enterprise now hosts over 40 international websites (shops). From 2006 to 2008, the core-business has been successfully extended to MotoGP, World Superbike, TruckGP and A1GP. The company is now one of the largest international ticket agents, selling tickets to a worldwide client base. The Ticket Enterprise’s reputation has been rewarded with an official agent status by most of the F1-circuits.

Our most important selling proposition is the level of service we provide with our on-line ticket sales. The backbone of our ticket business is a framework of international (dot coms), national and local websites. This on-line infrastructure plus a multilingual customer care team enables The Ticket Enterprise to offer on- and offline support within 24h in 6 different languages: Dutch, English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
